Our engineering firm, based in Wallonia, had the privilege of handling the complete design of the electrical and low-voltage systems for the prestigious Villa Loft in Hanover, Germany. This large-scale project, designed for a modern, high-end residence, required an integrated approach to ensure infrastructure that is high-performing, secure, and aesthetically pleasing, meeting the most demanding standards of contemporary engineering.
The main challenges lay in the seamless integration of advanced technologies, optimized energy management, and strict compliance with German electrical standards (VDE/DIN). We leveraged our expertise to develop custom solutions, including innovative building management systems (BMS), a robust electrical distribution system, and state-of-the-art communication and security infrastructure. Detailed modeling and the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as EPLAN, were crucial for anticipating spatial constraints and ensuring seamless coordination with other trades.
The result is comprehensive and precise project documentation, providing the as-built drawings and single-line diagrams necessary for a compliant and sustainable installation. This meticulous design work not only ensures the reliability and safety of all installations but also positions Villa Loft Hanovre to be a benchmark in energy efficiency and modern comfort.
