Our electrical engineering department successfully designed and oversaw a large-scale project for a modern 104-square-meter bakery-café. This establishment, which specializes in baklava and other sweets, also offers a full-service café, requiring a robust electrical infrastructure tailored to its diverse operations.
The main challenge lay in designing an electrical system capable of simultaneously supporting a wide range of equipment: refrigerated display cases for pastries, commercial ovens, coffee machines, point-of-sale systems, and sophisticated ambient lighting. We ensured a balanced and secure power distribution system, incorporating adequate safeguards that comply with the strictest technical standards. Optimizing energy efficiency, particularly through the integration of LED lighting solutions, was also a priority.
Our engineers developed all the electrical construction drawings, emphasizing reliability, safety, and scalability. I personally supervised the work on-site, ensuring the installation complied with the design plans and quality standards. The result is a high-performance electrical infrastructure that ensures the smooth operation of the facility while providing a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
