A large-scale project whose design has been rigorously validated in accordance with urban planning and municipal procedures. The entire study is highly focused on energy efficiency, sustainability, and the absolute safety of the installations.
TECHNICAL DETAILS & SCOPE OF DESIGN:
■ Sustainable Energy & E-Mobility:
Sizing of a rooftop photovoltaic system (89 panels, 565 Wp) using PV*SOL and study of the power supply infrastructure for 4 EV charging stations.
■ Low-Voltage Distribution (High Current):
Design of low-voltage main distribution panels (LVDP) and branch panels, cable cross-section calculations, and complete layout plans for the entire structure.
■ Safety & Low Voltage (LV):
ÉStudy of fire detection systems, CO detection, and evacuation signage for underground parking garages. Design of the low-voltage infrastructure, including fiber optics, cable TV, and video intercom systems.
■ Grounding & Protection:
Sizing of the grounding network (excavation loop) and study of the lightning protection system (lightning rods).
